SECTION 16 – LARGE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

For orders totaling $50,000 USD or more:

Cancellation must be requested in writing within 14 days

A 20% administrative fee will apply

Goods must be returned at your cost if already delivered

Refund processing time: 28–56 business days

This policy supersedes any verbal agreements not made by company directors.

 

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulk Mobiles US and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

 

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

 

SECTION 19 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.

 

SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bulk Mobiles US and supersede prior agreements.

 

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

SECTION 22 – BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the sale of goods shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, United States, before a single arbitrator.

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in a class action.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first transaction by providing written notice.

 

SECTION 23 – UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE (UCC) – SALE OF GOODS (B2B)

All sales are business-to-business transactions governed by the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) as adopted in Wyoming.

Acceptance of Goods

Goods are deemed accepted unless written notice of rejection is provided within five (5) business days of delivery.

Inspection

Buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Limited Remedies

Buyer’s sole remedy shall be, at our option:

Replacement of nonconforming goods, or

Refund of the purchase price for those goods.

Exclusion of Damages

Bulk Mobiles US shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by the UCC.

SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
