Frequently asked questions
Once you place an order with us, you will recieve a confirmation e-mail immediatley. Once your item is being shipped by our suppliers you will then receive a tracking number from our order system specifying the courier name, tracking site and tracking number. Need your tracking number? Just provide your order ID
Items take 6-8 working days to arrive after the order is purchased online.
Our most commonly used courier partner is USPS or your local domestic country courier )(international shipments). When you receive your update email about your delivery, you will also be able to see your delivery courier as well as the tracking information to track your parcel.
Please allow for 24 hours for this to update on their website.
Note: This 24 hours does not mean your parcel is not moving. Our system with our courier partners is designed for you to track the most relevant part of your parcels journey to your door.
Each product will come with a 14 day technical warranty in case your item may have any technical faults upon arrival. In addition to this, we provide all orders with our up to 12 months parts paid warranty service. This means in the event of a defect or fault after 14 days we will support with a labour free repair with charge only on the parts needed by our technicians. We use low cost compatible parts to ensure repairs are economical and viable for our clients and ourselves. Repairs usually are done within 7 days returned back to dominated return address.

Q: My order is delayed. What should I do?
A: If your order is past the estimated delivery date, let us know your order ID, and we’ll check its status.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders are processed quickly, but if it hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to assist. Contact us ASAP with your order details.
Q: I have an urgent issue. How can I get help?
A: We’re here to help! If you’re facing a serious issue, let us know the details, and we will escalate your case to the right department.
Q: How do I file a complaint?
